조금만 더 기다려줘 Mina Chan. 이 사람들 절대 그냥 못 넘어가.

Legally, when one imputes an implication of mass action against someone, say a fan, this entails a few civil and criminal offences, which I presume are still being investigated.

At no point did Enhypen, the alleged group and individual who instigated and incited the attacks, stop the mass action against Mina Chan.

I don’t blame the fandom, I blame the idol for being reckless or likely intentional to punish and harm a fan.

There’s a basis here to take mass legal action because the ‘idol’ did not perform their job to the skill required as per the role of an idol. Ample evidence that this individual, is not a fit and proper person to be engaging in activities with the wider public, particularly with vulnerable individuals.

I strongly hold the agency subsidiary and the parent agency accountable for their lack of regulatory policies and practices concerning the plight and welfare of their fandom.

It’s morally concerning that those responsible for her death- offered no condolences, no statement, no action, they treated this tragedy with such disdain for human life.

This isn’t the only incident Enhypen members have been responsible for. 이런 더러운 groups and agencies need to be held accountable for their actions or lack there of.

Obviously, there are gaps in the law like most laws requiring amendments. Such as regulating unsound business practices- including clauses to existing legislations and the current drafting of the ‘Mina Chan Bill’ to protect fandoms from extreme exposure to Agency / Group’s mental and emotional manipulation.

이런 사건들 계속 늘어나면 중국처럼 다른 나라에서도 K-pop 규제를 받을 수도 있을 것 같아. Why? Because K-pop would be considered harmful to the welfare of not only vulnerable individuals, but to societies as a whole.
